Wilde Memorial Park Basketball Court Update

On Monday May 5th, the Borough of Glen Rock will be reopening the Basketball Court at Wilde Memorial Park.  Over the last several months, we have implemented all the recommendations made by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office and the Glen Rock Public Safety Committee.  These updates include security cameras throughout the park, adding additional fencing, installing new gates with a timed locking mechanism, increased signage, and updating the operational hours of the basketball courts.  The Glen Rock Police Department, Recreation Department, and Department of Public Works have reviewed these items to ensure proper functionality.  The Glen Rock Police Department will also be adding additional monitoring of the park.  With these improvements in place, the Borough is pleased to reopen the basketball courts daily from 6:00am to 6:00pm for the public to use.
