Affordable New Jersey Communities for Homeowners and Renters (ANCHOR) Deadline Extended to February 28th
Taxpayers can follow the link below to learn more about the ANCHOR program that is geared to both Homeowners and Tenants. The income limits have been adjusted to allow for a greater number of NJ Residents to qualify.
The Affordable New Jersey Communities for Homeowners and Renters (ANCHOR) program replaces the Homestead Benefit for the 2019 tax year.
The application deadline has been extended again to February 28th, 2023.
