Mission:  The Zoning Board hears appeals from decisions of the Construction Official and interprets the land use ordinances and zoning map to determine the granting of variances. The Zoning Board has a specific agenda for each meeting which primarily consists of the applications pending before the Board at that time. The public may attend and observe any meeting. During the hearings for any application, there is a time for the public comment. The agendas are posted at Borough Hall and on the Borough website a few days before each meeting.

Membership:  The Board consists of seven residents of the Borough appointed by the Mayor to serve for terms of four years and two alternate members who serve for two years.
