Municipal Courts are open via zoom to the public. Please contact the court for the zoom link, per Directive #12-20, dated April 20, 2020, anyone wishing to view the court session, needs to request permission for real-time participation or viewing.

Municipal Court sessions will now be conducted virtually/remotely to minimize exposure to COVID-19. Accordingly, all complainants, defendants, attorneys, victims are to contact the municipal court via email at Kimberly.mcwilliams@njcourts.gov to provide your full name, e-mail address, and cell phone number within seven days of a court notice.

**Glen Rock and Wyckoff Municipal Courts have entered a shared services agreement.

Payments are to be made in Glen Rock for both courts.

Court sessions will be held in each town (if you receive a summons in Wyckoff your court appearance would be in Wyckoff).**

**The Court Violations Window now accepts all major credit cards for criminal and traffic payments for Glen Rock Summons issued.**

Established under state statutes and empowered with all jurisdictions in state law and local ordinances, the Court sits three times a month on the first, third and fourth Tuesdays of each month, with substitute dates for holidays.

The judge is appointed by the Mayor for a three year term and the prosecutor, public defender and court clerk, for one year terms. Fines levied in the Municipal Court in violation of local ordinances become part of the General Revenues of the Borough. Fines levied in violation of state statutes, in general, excepting the first $10, are forwarded to the state treasury.
 
All traffic summons can be paid via website NJMCDIRECT.COM, utilize court ID 0222.
