Resident Commuter Parking

The 2022 residential commuter parking permits are now available online!

Permits can be purchased by clicking here.

Permits will be valid from 12/1/2021 until 12/31/2022.

Resident parking permits are $200.00 annually.

Daily Parking
Daily Parking transactions take place using Parkmobile, a pay-by-phone system set to replace the Metric Meters.  Residents interested daily parking can log on to https://parkmobile.io/ to register for pay-by-phone parking. Daily Parking is available in the Main line Parking Lot only (in the numbered spots).

Non-Resident Commuter Parking

Pay by Phone Parking

How to Use Parkmobil Pay by Phone Parking:
  1. Register at https://parkmobile.io/: Please make sure to register with Parkmobile before attempting to park. For example, if you are planning on parking on Monday morning, please take a moment this weekend to log on and register.
  2. Park and pay by phone:
    1. Once you have found a parking space, call 1-877-727-5304 from the cell phone you registered online (which can be any type of cell phone) or launch the Parkmobile app from your smartphone--the choice is yours!
    2. Enter the parking zone number located on the meter or nearby signage.
    3. Enter your parking space number.
  3. Keep your vehicle information up to date: If at any time there is a change to your information as you entered it (such as a new car, license plate, credit card, or phone number), be sure to log back in and update your account information before attempting to park.

Glen Rock is very unique in that it has two New Jersey Transit train lines passing through the center of town and extensive bus service as well. Parking is available for both residents and non-residents at both train stations.

  • Glen Rock Boro Hall Station is located at Harding Plaza between Maple Avenue and Rock Road
  • Glen Rock Main Line Station is located on Rock Road near Main Street

There are also numerous bus lines that operate in town.
