Required Inspections

PER THE STATE REQUIREMENTS: ALL INSPECTION REQUESTS MUST BE IN WRITING 5:23-2.18(C) AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE REQUESTED INSPECTION DATE. You can help improve the department’s efficiency by making sure that someone is available to let the inspectors onto the premises.

Include the following information in your email request:

1. Permit Number

2. Address of Inspection

3. Type of Inspection (specify subcode)

4. Preferred date and window of inspection as per schedule below

a. Provide 2 alternative dates if the first option is not available

5. Contact Persons Name and Phone Number
