Arts Council of Glen Rock "Focus on the Artist" Activities Offer "Open Studio" Drawing Opportunities This Winter

The Arts Council of Glen Rock wants to help artists resolve to get back to their art with “Open Studio” drawing events this winter. Artists of any level are invited to join others at bi-monthly drawing studio time at the Glen Rock Public Library.

Open Studio is a drawing session held twice a month from January through April. People of any age and level of artistry can join other artists on the first and third Sunday afternoons (2 to 3:30 p.m.) to sketch. Bring your art materials and draw from a provided still life and/or clothed model. There is no instruction and no fee to participate.

Open Studio will be offered February 4 and 18, March 3 and 17, and April 7 and 21. Please check the Library’s website if inclement weather closes the building.

To be added to ACGR’s Open Studio email “reminder” list, send a note to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and put Open Studio in the subject line.
