Basketball Court Update

Thank you to everyone who responded to the survey about basketball court usage. Over 1200 responses were submitted, giving a broad range of input about residents’ experiences and opinions about the court. Mayor and Council are now reviewing those responses to help determine the best course going forward. Mayor and Council are also continuing to work with the Glen Rock Police Department, Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, Office of Emergency Management, Borough Administrator, Recreation Director and Borough Attorney to analyze all safety considerations and all options for making the park as safe as possible. All of these issues will be discussed at the Work Session at the Council Meeting on Wednesday, July 24 at 6:30 pm. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend.
