Artistic Expression Takes Center Stage Arts Council Of Glen Rock’s Arts Fest 2024 – Sept. 28

Shop, Listen to Music, Enjoy a Bite, Kid’s Art Activity

On the Glen Rock Borough Hall Lawn

A record-breaking number of artists, makers, and musical talent is set for a full day of artistic fun on Saturday, September 28, with the Arts Council of Glen Rock’s 4th Annual Arts Fest. The event on the lawn of Borough Hall runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Rain date is Sunday, September 29.

This community-focused, curated art event highlights the vast artistic talent of Arts Council members, providing an opportunity for them to show and sell their creations. A record-breaking number of artists and artisans beneath 32 tents offer a broad selection of original, inspired handmade items – from collage, acrylic, gauche, oil, watercolors, photographs, and stained and fused glass, to crochet, wood bowls and toys, ceramics and pottery, and cutting boards.

Additionally, eight musical groups will entertain visitors throughout the day, and a complementary, immersive hands-on art experience will be available for children to enjoy.

Since its formation in 2019, an essential part of the Arts Council’s mission is to encourage the success of hometown artists – of all ages. “We are thrilled that this year’s Arts Fest will boast the largest number of local artists who will offer a diverse and wonderful selection of handmade items,” said Patti McHugh, co-president of Arts Council of Glen Rock and co-chair of Arts Fest.
