Community Meals Dine & Donate Fundraiser

Community Meals Inc. (CMI) aka Community Meals on Wheels is a private, non-profit meals on wheels program serving Allendale, Glen Rock, Ho-Ho-Kus, Midland Park, Ridgewood, Waldwick and part of Saddle River. CMI brings over 20,000 meals per year to vulnerable individuals in our community who are unable to shop or cook for themselves.

CMI is pleased to announce their annual fundraiser ~ Dine & Donate in partnership with (12)  local area restaurants:

• La Lanterna Cafe & Grill
• The Glen Rock Inn
• Park West Tavern
• Ho-Ho-Kus Inn and Tavern
• Steel Wheel Tavern
• Arturo’s Restaurant
• Pizzaioli by Brothers
• Rosarios Trattoria & Pizzeria
• Andrea’s Ristorante Italiano
• Matthew’s Diner
• Nellie’s Place

The Dine & Donate fundraiser will run from October 20-26 2024 and each participating restaurant will make a donation to Community Meals.  CMI Fundraising Chair Peggy Vandervort said, “Please patronize these supporting restaurants, especially during Dine & Donate Week, and let them know you appreciate their partnership with CMI.”  Board Member Eileen Hillock shared, “To make participation even more fun, we’ve added a raffle prize!  Take a photo or selfie anytime this month at one or more of our participating restaurants.  Post to social media and tag #cmi and the restaurant.  No limit on the number of entries.  One winner will be chosen for a special prize!!”
