The Glen Rock Recycling and Compost Center was designed for the use of Borough residents. A current landfill sticker is required to gain access to the Compost Facility only. No sticker is required to enter the Recycling area. Each vehicle that enters the Compost Facility must display the appropriate sticker on the driver's side window. Residents who regularly use more than one vehicle to transport yard waste to the Compost Center may fill out and return a Glen Rock Resident Landfill Sticker Request Form to the Department of Public Works, and an additional sticker will be forwarded to the indicated address.

Landscapers with proof of accounts serviced in Glen Rock can buy dump tickets to gain access to the Center. Each ticket permits the holder to dump 1 cubic yard of vegetative waste. Dump tickets can be purchased at the DPW Office located at 473 Doremus Avenue between the hours of 8 A.M. to 1 P.M. Books of ten dump tickets are $250. Tickets are valid for dumping grass, brush, leaves, logs, and clean vegetative debris from Spring and Fall yard cleanups. Under no condition will waste be accepted from outside the borough.
